Playing together

Choose 2–20 players and pass one device around. Player names are optional; numbered seats identify players without names. Each person privately reads a card before passing the phone. Classic gives spies a related word; Blank gives them no word and needs at least three players. Automatic counts are one spy or Blank for 3–6 players, two for 7–12 and three for 13–20; a fixed count can be selected. Two-player rounds use different words without a spy role.

Choose a play style and manage the conversation together. When ready, choose Vote now and select a player to eliminate. Only their role is revealed. A caught spy or Blank gets one guess; a correct guess wins for the spies, while a wrong guess or pass continues play if spies remain. Crew wins when all spies are eliminated; spies win when their remaining count equals or exceeds the crew. The final reveal shows the words and the result is saved.

Question chain, House rules and two-player rounds use free play. In free play, follow your agreed turns and use Reveal to show the words, then record the agreed result or skip saving. Use the rules in Settings for help. Razlo does not provide remote multiplayer.

Cabal is for 6–20 players. Choose roles and counts, then continue to Players and deal privately. At least one Resident and a Town and Cabal team are required; Kingpin is optional and Conspirator can be zero when Kingpin fills the Cabal team. Introduction night has no actions or vote. Later nights have private player turns, followed by dawn, discussion and public voting. Town wins when no Cabal remain; Cabal wins at parity with the other living players. A Marksman shot at a non-Cabal player threatens only the Marksman, not the target; Physician protection can save the Marksman. A separate Cabal attack still applies. Guardian, Independent roles and Dossier are unavailable for new games in this release.

Sound and language

Narration and music have separate quick mute buttons and volume settings. While the TV is connected, synced and active, public announcements play on TV; the phone handles private handoffs and takes over public announcements if the TV is unavailable. Check device volume and the silent switch if sound is missing. Audio stops in the background.

English and Persian are available. Paired devices share language changes; the phone supplies the initial language when connecting. Light, Dark and System appearance, Reduced Motion and device accessibility settings are supported.

Apple TV connection and stories

Open the TV connection screen and scan its pairing code from the phone, or use manual pairing. Both devices should show green Connected · Synced and identify the paired device. Keep both apps open on the same local network. They remember their pairing and reconnect after interruptions; Disconnect removes saved authorization on that device. If either app asks for an update, install matching versions on both.

The phone holds private cards and night choices. TV shows the current public turn and board. After the final reveal, completed Cabal stories can play on both devices with shared slide, pause and skip controls. Completed stories are also available in Game history on the phone that saved them. Detailed stories and player photos are local and cannot be restored through iCloud.

iCloud sync and restore

Gameplay never requires Apple sign-in. Optional Sign in with Apple and iCloud sync are independent: the private library belongs to the iCloud account in device Settings. Sync is on by default when iCloud is available.

For missing history, confirm the same iCloud account is used on both devices, turn on Sync with iCloud in Settings → Account & iCloud, and choose Sync now. Check the status and last successful sync. Another device receives changes when it returns to the foreground or syncs manually. Offline changes remain on the device until sync succeeds.

After reinstalling, restore requires that the earlier installation successfully synced. Up to 100 completed results per game can be restored; player photos and saved player tables are device-only. Do not uninstall a device containing the only unsynced copy of your history.

Delete saved data

Settings → Account & iCloud → Delete saved data & disconnect clears game settings, history, cached libraries and the current round locally, even offline. It also disconnects the local Apple identity. It keeps onboarding progress, sync preference and review-prompt counters. This also clears the player roster, guided/free-play choice and fixed spy count.

If cloud deletion is pending, connect to the iCloud account that last synced this installation and enable sync. If this installation never synced, the first iCloud account to sync receives the reset. A different previously synced account is not erased. Wait for the pending notice to clear before uninstalling; other devices apply the deletion when they next sync.

You may keep playing after deletion. New rounds and explicit settings changes after the reset can sync normally. Revoke Apple authorization separately through Manage Apple authorization.

Report a problem

Email support@skymesh.app with the app version shown in Settings, device model, iOS or tvOS version, chosen language and steps to reproduce the issue. For pairing or sync problems, include the status shown on each device and whether the issue happens offline.

Screenshots are optional. Hide private words, email addresses and other personal information first. Never send your Apple password, authorization code or identity tokens.
